Top right: 60ml diplomatico dark rum 15ml red wine liquore 15ml cherry liquore 10ml choco syrup 2 dashes choco bitters

Pour all ingredients over ice and stir everything together until chilled/dilluted to taste. Strain into a glass of choice and garnish with a cherry. —

Bottom left: 60ml skenderbeg cognag brandy 8ml hazelnut syrup 2 dashes choco bitter

Pour everything over ice, stir and strain into an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube. Any garnish ideas?

Bottom right: 60ml tanqueray dry gin 40ml hotel starlino elderflower aperitivo 40ml fresh lime juice 30ml rose syrup

Cover the edges with sugar. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Fine strain into a glass of choice and garnish (any ideas other than lime?) with lime
