We did a distillery tour and mixology class at Bacardi. I was pleased to see that one of the drinks that they taught you to make was a jungle bird. This is their recipe:

1.5 oz Bacardi gold 1.5 oz pineapple juice 0.5 oz campari 0.5 oz simple syrup 0.5 oz lime juice

Not my ideal recipe, but still delicious!
