My wife suggested this one... I'd never heard of it, and could not get my mind around orgeat and dry gin in the same glass. But to my surprise, this drink was so good even my first attempt tasted great! And very simple to make.

A search of this sub turned up a few positives about this, but I don't recall ever hearing this get the attention (I feel) it deserves. Now I can't wait til next weekend to mix them again.

2 oz dry gin (Sipsmith or 50 Pounds is my personal preference)

.75 oz lemon juice

.75 orgeat

2 dashes Angostura

1 pinch of salt (4 drops 20% saline)

Shake vigorously, pour into chilled coupe.

Garnish as you wish.
