SAKE COLADA

This has become my "daily driver" cocktail ever since I had it for the first time at Golden Gai in Wakuda at the Palazzo in Vegas last month. It's INCREDIBLE and my favorite riff on the Piña Colada, the umami undertones from the soy sauce are unique and delicious (and it's also pretty darn easy to make!) It was originally made with a Sake with savory mushroom umami notes but according to the mixologist, it's no longer available. He now just adds a little soy instead!

Shake Together with Ice: 2oz your favorite Sake 2oz Pineapple Juice .75oz Coconut Syrup (or Coco Lopez) .25oz Lime Juice .25oz Cream Barspoon of Soy Sauce

Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube, grate fresh whole nutmeg on top, garnish with a pineapple frond.
