I am trying to use up the infusion I made to impress friends with cool colored cocktails that would go down easy. This is really light and refreshing. I thought about naming it mermaid water or something but that name is taken. I might experiment with adding a liqeuer to it and using actual lemon juice when I have fresh lemons. It's nothing special but it hits on a 90 degree day!
