30ml Midori

30ml Bombay Lemon Pressé

15ml Lemon Juice

7.5ml Passionfruit Syrup

Top Appletiser

Add all ingredients (minus appletiser) into a tin and shake for 5-7 seconds, double strain into a flute and top with appletiser. Garnish with a melon ball on a skewer.

Bev Number 23 and the first of menu number 3 (Time to get experimental!). I don't really remember the thought process behind this one, other than knowing I loved appletiser and wanted to use it in a cocktail. Midori is a Japanese Melon Liquor and is neon green, and tastes it too? Knew that this would go well with the light tart notes of the green apple soda, and a touch of lemon and passionfruit to add a bit of depth. Sticking with the Japanese theme its named after the Kawasaki motor company, as this drink will take you from 0-100 damn quick (necked about 4 as soon as this was made its that bloody nice), cheers!
