“Finger of the Devil”

An interesting Smokey Margarita with infused Tequila, Mezcal and Tamarind Simple syrup.

The recipe is as follows:

1.5 oz infused Tequila (I use Corazon infused with Szechuan peppercorns and Thai Chilis) .5 oz Mezcal 1 oz Lime Juice .5 oz Tamarind Simple Syrup .25 oz Ancho Reyes .25 Orange liquor

Add the ingredients to a tumbler and shake, then strain over ice!

Garnish with a dried chili of your choice. I also rim the glass with Togarashi Seasoning.
