2 oz basil hayden bourbon 1 oz simple syrup 1 oz lemon juice .75 oz egg white .5 oz cab sav

Add bourbon, ss, lemon juice and egg white to shaker. Dry shake 10 seconds. Add ice and wet shake 10 seconds. Double strain over large cube into glass (of your choice). Add wine using back of barspoon overtop drink. Enjoy
