For my Manhattan I go 2 oz Rye, in this case Rittenhouse but I also appreciate Knob Creek or Angel’s Envy. 1 oz Sweet Vermouth and a dash of Angostura. Served up in a coupe, and today with a maraschino, although sometimes with a lemon garnish if in the mood. Cheers all.
