Making a cocktail for each Iowa State game. Today's game was against the Central Florida Knights. I present the "Chivalry is Dead", my take on a Pineapple Daiquiri:

• 3 oz Smith and Cross (Jamaican Rum)
• 3 oz RumHaven (Coconut Rum)
• 6 oz Pineapple Juice
• 4 oz Lime Juice
• 3 oz Demerara Syrup
• 2 Cinnamon Sticks
• Grated Nutmeg

Shake all ingredients (except cinnamon and nutmeg) with ice. Strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and grated nutmeg.

This one is juicy, easy drinking, and low ABV - great for a long tailgate on one of the last warm days of the year.
