I ordered this Guava cocktail and it was a local recipe from a restaurant in Portugal called BoaBao. They call it the Mousse’tache and although they list the ingredients I have no idea whether they’re all in the drink alone or if some of them would be exclusively present in the foam. Could you help me try figuring this out?
