Just got this today (my first Madewell bag) and I thought it would be a return honestly, but I love it?? It seems to be pretty well made for the price- this is honestly better quality than a Coach bag I returned not too long ago. The bag is slightly flimsy, but that doesn’t bother me too much. The leather feels and smells nice and I like the shape of it. The leather looks and smells great. My only concern is that since it is unlined that the dye will stain, but I haven’t seen any dye coming off so far. People seem to love Madewell bags so I really hope that won’t be an issue. I plan on use a zippered pouch inside to store things anyway. Overall, I am impressed and I think I’ll be keeping it!
