Why is it so difficult to place bitters on egg white foam? I don’t have a dropper set for ango bitters.

Whiskey sour: 2 oz woodford, 3/4 oz lemon juice, 3/4 oz simple syrup.

Also, did a reverse dry shake and then 1/2 oz of soda water on the dry shake with the egg white, according to Punch. It did make it fluffier! Ended up making it too good and had to make several in a row.
