最後の言葉 (Last Word? I used Google translate so might not be correct)

I've spent the weekend trying out this Tokyo dry gin in some of the classics, my favourite so far is the Last Word. It seems smoother than when I've made it with my usual London dry gins (usually Bombay Sapphire or Tanquery, still haven't gotten hold of Beefeater to try).

I tweaked the specs slightly as the Ukiyo was a bit lost in the Negroni I made on Friday, but it seemed to work well this time, might be able to increase it further in the next one...

1oz Ukiyo Tokyo dry gin

¾oz Green Chartreuse

¾oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

¾oz fresh Lime juice

Edit: For the mod who doesn't know how a last word is made and kindly removed the post (do you know how awkward it is to edit a post on Reddit mobile app ????), add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake for 25 seconds and double strain into a glass of your choice.

Apart from the Negroni where it was a bit lost, I've also made a 1:2 G&T using Fever Tree Indian tonic water - it was very good, balanced and refreshing ????
