The PPRC
| This is not my recipe, but one I found posted on the interwebs by Katheryn Taylor. The name is Pumpkin Pineapple and Rum Cocktail. I shortened the name, but this cocktail has big fall flavors! 3.5oz pineapple juice 1.5 tablespoons pumpkin purée .5 teaspoon maple syrup 1/2 lemon, freshly juiced 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract (I used a homemade extract that my brother-in-law made using Woodford) Dash of ground cinnamon Pinch of ground ginger Dash of nutmeg 1 clove 1.5 ounces dark rum (I used Siesta Key Toasted Coconut and it works perfectly) The recipe calls for blending the drink. I: Added all ingredients to my shaking tin Added ice to the small shaking tin Poured small tin into big tin Shook that shit Double strained into a double rocks glass with ice Garnished with a cinnamon stick (purely for ascetics.
