Well this was a delight! It’s called an April in Paris and it’s dangerously delicious.

1.5 oz Vodka 0.5 oz St-Germain 0.5 oz Yellow Chartreuse 0.75 oz Fresh lime juice 0.5 oz Orgeat 1 Whole strawberry Soda water

Muddle the strawberry in one tin and combine all ingredients (except the soda water) in the other. Combine with ice, shake for 10-15 seconds and double-strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a strawberry fan.
