Got a simple one tonight. This is a Chartreuse Swizzle and it’s fantastic.

1.25 oz Green Chartreuse 0.5 oz Velvet Falernum 0.75 oz Fresh lime juice 1 oz Pineapple juice

You’re supposed to swizzle this one, but I don’t have a swizzle stick, so I combined, shook, and double strained into a rocks glass.

(you’re supposed to use a Collins glass … if you have pebble ice … which I don’t)
