Introducing the toasted marshmallow…absolutely delicious
| Working on some new menu items for my bar. My take on the Ramos Gin Fizz with toasted marshmallow syrup. It’s quite decadent and not too heavy which I love! -1 1/2 oz gin -1 oz triple sec -1 oz lemon juice -.75 oz of toasted marshmallow syrup, I used Torani. -1 Egg white -2 oz cream I did a dry shake for about 5-6 mins, then added ice and shook for another 5 mins. Pour into Collin’s glass and let it rest for a min to get that nice soufflé, pour club soda on the side or middle. It’s quite lovely for brunch.
