I like the make politically themed cocktails. Tonight’s DNC Cocktail: The Corny Dad Joke (equal parts lime, lemon, agave, bourbon, and Nixta corn liqueur; puréed with mint leaves and lemon & lime zest; shaken with ice; topped with seltzer; and garnished with mint and charred baby corn). It pairs well with white guy tacos. GIVE ‘EM HELL, TIM!
