I'm having a cocktail party in 6 weeks and I need to make some space for some new bottles ????

These are some failed purchases and gifts that I've received over the years that I don't know what to do with - any recommendations on cocktails that use them would be appreciated ????????

I've got most of the usual staples to mix with them as well.

I've tried the gentleman jack in some basics like boulevardier and old fashioned and I found it to spoil the drink, I don't even like it straight (been quite disappointed with it to be honest)

The Medica was a gift from when my parents went to Croatia and is a very sweet honey liqueur so that is the one that I'm most interested in learning how to use.
