| So I whipped up a Boulevadier with a local NZ honey bourbon and a local sweet vermouth made by arguably my favourite NZ (if not global) distillery Scapegrace! 2oz Batch 10 Honey Bourbon 1oz Scapegrace sweet vermouth 1oz Campari First time making a Boulevadier at home and wow is this good! I really like the sweetness and honey notes from the bourbon and the vermouth is like no other! Very deep and rich which gives a very velvety mouth feel.
