Perfect for the Derby ????????????!

2.5 Oz bourbon (Four Roses ???? Small Batch) Fat 0.25 Oz cane/turbinado simple (2:1 sugar to water by weight) 12 mint leaves Mint Bouquet garnish

Fill up a cup or metal 10 with mint leaves and cane simple. Lightly muddle. Fill the cup halfway with nugget ice and 1.5 oz of bourbon. Swizzle or stir until the mug/cup is frosty. Fill the rest of the cup with nugget ice and add the remaining 1.0 oz of bourbon. Lightly swizzle. Cap with nugget ice and garnish with a mint bouquet.

Plenty of other ways to make this drink but this is my preference.
