I was talking with somebody who said their favourite drink this summer was a “white garden cocktail”. I used my imagination and whipped these up. I’m not sure if it’s already a known cocktail but if not, anybody have a name suggestion?

Shake an egg white with no ice. Muddle a few slices of cucumber. 2oz gin, 1/2oz St Germain, 1/2oz simple syrup, 3/4oz lemon juice. Add to the egg white with some ice, shake and strain.
