Ingredients:

2 oz Straight rye whiskey

3⁄4 oz Sweet Vermouth

3⁄4 oz Campari-style liqueur

1 dash Xocolatl mole bitters

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass 1/2filled with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish: Orange zest twist over cocktail, then use as garnish.

The mole bitters really makes this cocktail. The bitterness of the Campari is modulated by the spice and cocoa from the bitters. The inherent spice in the rye whiskey is also enhanced. With the citrus adding a nice finishing touch. I might even suggest that ppl who claim not to like Campari could be converted.
