Made a soup that called for egg yolks and I don’t like egg white omele…

Made a soup that called for egg yolks and I don’t like egg white omelettes. New York Sour time
  • 2 oz rye
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 oz cinnamon simple syrup because that’s what I had in the fridge
  • 2ish oz Malbec (more than I intended but it looks pretty ????)

Dry shake all but the wine then shake again with ice. Strain over a big cube. Float the wine.

The cinnamon turned out to be a nice touch!
