Was asked to make a drink with plum wine since the wine isn't selling. After a few attempts at a sangria, this is what I landed on:

Plum Pudding Sour

2 oz plum wine 1 oz Hennessy VSOP .75 oz lemon juice .5 oz ginger syrup .25 oz allspice syrup 1 egg white

Mix all in tin Dry shake Wet shake Double strain into coupe glass Garnish with a star anise pod and grate nutmeg on half.
