Yet another Charanda cocktail for you! Just in time for Cinco De Mayo…

Inspired by Don the Beachcomber’s Three Dots and a Dash, bartender Stephen Kurpinsky from San Diego gives the classic a bold shake-up with earthy, funky charanda.

You will need! - 2 oz Charanda Blanco - 1/2 oz J. D. Velvet Falernum - 1/2 oz Honey Syrup - 1/2 oz Fresh Lime - 1/2 oz White Grapefruit Juice - 1 dash Angostura - Pinch of salt or 2 dashes of saline

Whip shake with a couple of ice cubes and a pinch of pebble ice. Pour into a double old fashioned glass over crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds.
