60 ml blended Scotch whisky 22.5 ml lemon juice 10 ml honey syrup 10 ml ginger syrup 7.5 ml Islay whisky, float

Shake hard for 10-15 sec Pour over a fat clear ice cube in a frozen old fashion glass. Float the Islay on top.

Garnish with a candied piece of ginger
