2 oz London Dry Gin

1 oz Manzanilla Sherry

1 dash Bitter Truth Lemon Bitters

1 tsp whole caraway seeds

Add all ingredients. Stir for one minute. Chilled Martini or Nick and Nora glass. No garnish.
