Well I have received a lot of comments onhow how this design is basic and not really minimalist. These were really helpful in bringing clarity. so thank you. I have decided to order it and make my own decision. It came today and I have to say that it was underwhelming. Let me explain: the quality of the leather is exquisite, so buttery. but it was way too basic. I asked my husband his thoughts without telling him the price to not influence him and he said “well it s just a rectangle with a strap ????” then I said would you keep it for 80€ and he replied “maybe 20?”. I recently treated myself to a Jil Sander Goji that my husband encouraged me to have and keep (we had a miscarriage so I needed a treat/emotional distraction”.) so I know that his 20€ is honest. A comment said some stylish people can make this bag look great and some can make it look like an h&m bag and then I realised this bag can’t be my everyday /drop-off and pick-up bag because my look will be boring and having a basic design bag will make me look even more boring. My everyday bag needs to have something special while being minimalist. so all that to say that I am still in the hunt, I packed the bag for return and will be waiting to get my refund!
