The Tiny Indoor Fireworks ????

60ml Scotch Whisky

30ml Orgeat

15ml Lemon Juice

10ml Wray & Nephew

12 Blueberries

Add blueberries into a tin and muddle well, add the rest of the ingredients, shake with ice and double strain over fresh ice in a highball. Garnish with an orange slice and 3 skewered Blueberries.

Bev Number 16 and this is a strong one - also a result of me trying out new ingredients for cocktails, in this case Scotch and Blueberries. Oh and the name comes from the fact I couldn't stop listening to Biffy Clyro's 'A Celebration Of Endings' lol. You don't find many tiki drinks with Whisky as the base spirit so fancied trying that, and the rest is history really. Everything came together brilliantly and exactly as imagined, strong, sweet and the whisky is really complemented by the funk of the W&N, cheers!
