A little Boulevardier riff I’ve been messing around with for a while now. Personally really love the interplay of the mezcal and bourbon in this.

1.25oz bourbon (preferably something at or above 100°) .25oz mezcal .75oz Campari 1oz lemon juice .5 simple (1:1) 1 egg white

Combine ingredients in shaking tin Reverse dry shake Double strain into chilled coupe Garnish with lemon twist
