I have been obsessed with the polene neuf mini for some time, but super hesitant due to the bad reviews on their quality. I decided after thinking about it for 6 months that I wanted to try it anyways and just pray I get a good version of the bag.

I bought 2 bags from them: the neuf mini and the sept mini.

After payment, I got updated with my order confirmation, and few days later with the shipping information, the exact shipping date and time as well.

Upon receiving my package, I immediately fell in love with the neuf mini and knew I wanted to keep it. The quality looks and feels great, the shape is good too (sometimes it looks like the shape is weird on some people’s bags?) and I’ve been using it for 3 months now almost every day with no issue.

I returned the sept mini and hoped that the customer service horror stories won’t happen to me. It took them 2 weeks but I received my refund with no issues in the end. I got a confirmation e-mail early on that they received the return and that I would get my money back within 15 days. Then few days later the money was back in my account.

Super hesitant because of all the bad reviews, but happily surprised with how smooth both the shipment and refund went in the end! I know the experience itself is not unique at all, but still wanted to put it out there because of all the horror stories of polene really put me off buying it for so long!
