From the Official Mass Effect Cocktail Book

• 2 1/12 Ounces/75ml Brandy
• 1 1/2 Ounces/45ml Lemon Juice
• 1/2 Ounces/15ml Rich Simple Syrup
• 2 - 3 drops of Orange Bitters

Shake everything in a cocktail shaker for 10-15 seconds and strain (I fine strained) into a collins/highball glass filled 2/3 with ice.

Drink through an Emergency Induction Port (Metal Straw)
