Christmas Eve is winding down. My wife and I are in the bar after putting our toddler down for bed before Santa Claus comes to town. Enjoyed this one from Sother Teague’s ‘Let’s Get Blitzen.’

Polar Express - 1 tsp orange marmalade - 1.5 oz London Dry Gin - 1 oz Pinot Grigio - 0.5 oz orange curaçao

Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with orange twist.
