2oz Aperol

1oz Gin

3/4oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2oz Cherry Juice (I cheated)

3 Dashes Fee Bros. Cherry Bitters

1 Dash Angostura Bitters

1 Bar Spoon Rich Simple Syrup

Shake with ice. Double strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with cherry of choice. Twist of lemon perhaps.

It’s juicy. Best way to describe it. Slightly tart, Mild bitterness, bright citrus juiciness, hint of sweetness, the suggestion of cherries….
