A Hotel Nacional to start the weekend
  • 1.5 oz light rum
  • 1/2 oz apricot liqueur
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • pineapple frond garnish

Shaken with ice and strained into a rather small coupe. Would’ve been nicer if it were really hot out but we do what we can.
