• 15 ml peated Scotch whisky

•15 ml Curaçao

• 20 ml Martini Fiero blood orange vermouth

• 30 ml lemon juice

• 10 ml cinnamon syrup

• 15 ml egg whites

• 2 dashes aromatic bitters

• 3 drops saline solution

Reverse dry shake; double stain into sours glass. Tart, warning, pleasantly astringent. Really hit the spot.
