Just bought this bag on a whim as an early birthday present (style only - pic for reference). I love it but I am a classic millennial ???? when I showed it to my other half, he said it looked like an “old lady bag”. She was under $500 and this style looks to normally retail for much higher but Reddit…did I make a big mistake?

(Some additional context - I did not need this bag at all lol. I actually have a black Gucci soho backpack and a brown damier Neverful ????. But I know a $100 gift card is coming from my office next week, and on Friday I learned a close family member with whom I’ve had a lifelong but complicated relationship may not make it out of the hospital after a rapid fire pancreatic cancer dx in June. So I probably made a stupid emotion-based decision buying this bag…)
