| First time trying this one, quite good but very cucumber forward and quite sweet. The wife enjoyed it though and I made it for her so I'm happy ???? Recipe: 4.5cl Gin, 2.25cl St Germain, 2.25cl lime, 2.25cl simple, 3 inches cucumber, egg white. That's the real recipe, but when Googling I found the one on The Educated Barfly's website which called for 4.5cl simple syrup so that's why it was too sweet for me! https://www.theeducatedbarfly.com/giny-germain/ Anyway muddle the cucumber in one half of the tin, get an egg white in the other to ensure no mistakes, then add the rest of the ingredients, dry shake for 8-10 seconds, add ice and shake again for 8-10 seconds.
