I love making these. From making the alloys to drawing the wire threads out by hand.

The lesser discussed trick in nailing these is keeping the transition ends as short as possible to prevent bulky segments(where there's 2 tucked ends being wrapped inside the loops). I've found that you can carefully go 1 single pass before trimming- 2 single passes stays smooth also.
