Day 10: Obituary
| My specs: 2oz Dry Gin (Poltergeist Unfiltered), 0.75oz Dry vermouth (Dolin), 0.25oz Absinthe (Pernod Absinthe), 3 dashes Peychauds Bitters, 2 drops of saline, Lemon twist to express oil over the top of finished cocktail. Preparation: Add all the spirits and saline to a chilled mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora. Express lemon oil over the top and discard or use as a garnish as I have. Notes: A nice twist on a Martini. I added Peychauds and saline to complement the anise notes from the Absinthe.
