Are Amiibo digital bonuses a single use?

I don’t buy Amiibos at all, picked up the Bananza one simply for the Pauline skin you can get in-game. Once I unlock the skin, I no longer have a use for the Amiibo. I plan on selling it, but I was wondering if the digital bonuses are a single use. That’s the only thing I can hope for once I get rid of it, that somebody can at least still get the skin attached to the amiibo. If anyone knows anything, i would appreciate it
