Maika from Blend S Nendoroid. Box is a bit dirty but can be cleaned up. Originally was gonna get it used on Solaris for $120 cad but then a new FB marketplace listing locally for $75 cad popped up (Thanks Jasmine!). I have an empty spot in one of my dioramas for her. Loved her character in the anime and wish the other cast members had nendoroids.
