So I'm pre-ordering this Teto figure from Good Smile Company US, and its showing $0.00 for the duty fees/tariff fee. I've seen pics from other people's pre-orders and it usually shows how much the tariff is going to be (unless it goes up in which case they'll allow you to cancel). Any idea why?
