Ok so this is embarrassing, I bought my first nendo and broke it within the first day ????

I saw a video that the ball thing comes out to replace it but I have been twisting it with tweezers and cloth and it won’t budge and I wanna cry ???? I feel like I’m making it worse and am not supposed to be doing this cus look at how weird it looks now.

What am I supposed to do? Thank you ????
