Although GameStop is sold out of the $15.99 DK Pauline Amiibo, i found a discussion here that SOME Best Buy locations were price matching and some weren’t.

Wanted to share that my local Best Buy did price match! I’m located in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Most nearby Best Buy’s have tons of inventory not selling at that $29.99 for you to grab!
