so i remember having a few preorders (sunday and even the alien stage figures) but i'm actually looking at my account to update my cards and i don't see them anywhere

i did another random preorder to see if something was up but it appeared on my orders as unfulfilled? the other preorders aren't there, so are my preorders just gone?? like i remember seeing them a week ago so i don't know how this happened and I know this is my og account cause ALL my orders are still here in the history sooo i'm confused
