I’m very interested in pre-ordering this Toga nendo doll from Solaris Japan, but am concerned about the tariffs. I’ve heard that if an item is under $100 it’s marked as a gift and the tariffs won’t apply, but don’t know how true that is for everyone. She would be $67 with Regular shipping. She also releases May of next year, so who knows what the situation will be like by then.
