Question aobut ordering from Good Smile

Hello, I'm new to buying anything from goodsmile, just want to triple check before placing my order.

is goodsmile.com/en their legit global website? I'm from PH and I've seen that they moved to a new domain, just wanted to make sure
regarding card payment, even with this purchase amounting to US$265.94 after shipping, the card won't be charged until a few weeks before it ships out right?

if there's anything I should look out for do let me know as I'm kinda anxious about this big purchase ????
